The extension needs to know which account it works for. You connect it once on each computer.

Open the Offr side panel by clicking the Offr icon in your browser’s toolbar.

Choose Connect to Offr. A new tab opens your dashboard.

Sign in if you are asked, then choose Approve. The side panel shows that it is connected.
If that did not work
Check that you are signed in to the same account in the dashboard, then choose Connect to Offr again. Write to Offr and say what you see.
