01Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Plan & usage. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
02Refunds
If you paid for a plan or a pack of applications and none of its applications has been used, write to Offr within 7 days of the payment and it is refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method in 5 to 7 business days.
03Free applications
Free applications cost nothing and are never charged for.
04Changing plans
An upgrade starts at once. A downgrade starts from next month.
05Delivery
Offr is a digital service. Applications are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
